Jay Sharun has negotiated more than 800 collective agreements in a variety of industries. He is a sought-after speaker and trainer and is a CPHR BC & Yukon Award of Excellence recipient for his innovative contributions to labour relations.
Jessica Skerlec – Negotiator
CPHR Candidate, I.C.B.C. Human Resources Gold Medalist
Jessica Skerlec graduated from Okanagan College School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Degree, specializing in Human Resources Management. She has extensive experience managing and collaborating in team environments and has a passion for strategic problem-solving in labour relations.
April Ranson – Executive Assistant
April Ranson is a finance aficionado with a knack for success in variety of industries, most recently making magic happen in the events realm. She has now teamed up with Jay & Jessica to fuel growth and embark on an exciting new chapter!
